I hereby irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use by Labkhand Olfatmanesh and Gazelle Samizay and Side Street Projects of any text, letters, audio, video or images produced as a result of my participation for all purposes, including without limitations, art, editorial, advertising, trade, scholarly research and web use.

I hereby agree that these materials may be used indefinitely without compensation to me, and waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve their use or any reproductions thereof.

I hereby release Labkhand Olfatmanesh and Gazelle Samizay and Side Street Projects, and their trustees, officers, employees, licensees, agents, successors, archivist/archives, assigns and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, suits or demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, in connection with the use of my submitted or collected media and the reproduction thereof.

This release constitutes the sole agreement regarding media usage between Labkhand Olfatmanesh and Gazelle Samizay and Side Street Projects myself. I am not relying on any other representation, oral or written.
